The UPS Store

I guess this location thinks it’s acceptable to laugh and bully customers? After being rudely asked to put my Amazon returns on the scale(never had to before) I said thanks, the old guy said have a good day. I kept walking as I was uncomfortable after the whole intersection. Two steps before I’m out the door he yells ‘ you’re welcome ‘ and the other old lady laughed out loud. An 80 something year old man against a 20 something year old woman? I don’t feel comfortable returning back to this store.

The store is ownership. Faraz cares about his customers, goes the extra mile, and is very kind. The store previous was not ran well but has made a drastic turn for the better. If you are in Lincoln come by and ship with confidence. They have notary on staff. GreT store. 10 stars

While preparing the company credit card expense report this month. I noticed my receipt from the UPS store, stated I received $10 cash back. This is not true. I never received any cash back, nor would I ask for cash back on a company credit card. I purchased a couple 20x20x12 boxes, a $5 roll of tape and a $10 roll of bubble wrap. The guy rang me up for $20 and it showed $10 cash back.

Lost my package ( it never left the store) on October3.2022. I have reached out multiple times via email, in person and phone to process my claim for the lost item. As of May 13. 2023 I still cannot get a response. The last time Kiran responded was back in December.

NOT the best UPS Store... One guy is good The other, not so good. Definitely need more training. Or he's just a little socially odd. Nice enough guy. There's usually piles of returned cable boxes or something to be sorted and put away on the back shelf. Stark contrast to Orangevale UPS. That group of ladies has it down.
